How does pricing work?

What counts as a meeting?

A meeting booked on your calendar with a decision-maker who can sign, at a company that fits the target profile we agree at kickoff. A reply doesn’t count, and neither does a referral to someone else.

What if a meeting isn’t a fit?

Accepted Answer

Cancel it before the call and you don’t pay for it. You also approve the list before anything is sent, so most bad fits are caught before anything sends.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. It runs month to month. Pricing is covered on the call, and the client agreement sets out what counts as a qualified meeting.

When does the first month start?

On launch day, after warmup, so every month you’re measured on is a full month of live sending.

How long until I see results?

Twenty-one days of warmup before anything sends. Domains and inboxes have to age or they land in spam. Your first month starts on launch day, once warmup is done. Our fastest so far: a contract locked two days after launch, and a $20,000 deal closed inside two weeks. That’s the ceiling, not the average.

Do I need to be technical?

No. One 30-minute onboarding call to define your ICP, your exclusion list and your voice. After that you attend meetings. You never log into a sending tool.

I’ve tried cold email and it didn’t work. Why is this different?

Accepted Answer

Three things usually break it. Sending from your primary domain, which destroys your deliverability. Emailing companies with no reason to buy right now, which caps your reply rate under half a percent. And no personalization, which reads as spam. We fix all three, and we work the replies, which is where most of the loss actually happens.

Do you run my sales calls?

No. We book the meetings; you run them and close. That’s why you pay per meeting booked, not for contracts. We’re not in the room for the close.

Can I handle my own replies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most firms hand us the whole inbox, because how fast a reply gets answered is where meetings are won or lost. If you’d rather answer your own replies, we can set it up that way, and we’ll walk through what that changes on the call.

What if it doesn’t work in my niche?

If your buyers show a signal we can find, this works: hiring, funding, growth, permits, ownership or leadership changes. Most of our campaigns so far have run for B2B service firms, selling into construction and trades, accounting, finance, project management, healthcare, marketing, sales and VC-backed companies. The mechanism doesn’t change; the targeting does. On the call we size your market before either of us commits.

What happens to my existing pipeline?

We deduplicate against it before anything sends. You give us your client list and do-not-contact list during onboarding, and those companies are suppressed permanently.

How many meetings should I expect a month?

Accepted Answer

10 qualified meetings a month or you don’t pay. How many more you get depends on your niche, your geography and your deal size. On the call we model it with your actual numbers (your deal size, your close rate, the companies in your market showing a signal right now) rather than quoting you an average. Then we report on it weekly, so you’re never guessing where you stand.
